In general the LA market is cooling but it's still a Seller's Market due to high demand and low inventory. If the Market Action Index goes up, prices will likely rise and if it goes down, prices may fall. There are some areas, like Redondo Beach, Hollywood Hills and Marina Del Ray where we are seeing homes selling faster than they're being listed. The Market Action Index has been rising for weeks in these locations- expect higher prices, as this is a Seller's market!
